Old Crawl Space Door
Old crawl space doors can lead to many problems for your home. Along with being an eyesore, they also allow pests such as termites, ants, and mice into your home. And because they're not airtight, they allow humidity into your basement during the summer, which leads to mold and rot. In the winter, cold winter air will enter, cooling your furnace, water heater, air ducts, hot water pipes, and other utilities.
Crawl Space Moisture
You can see the signs of moisture in this crawl space by looking at the concrete block wall, there is an obvious water line where water is seeping out.
Debris
The old vapor barrier and all of the other debris will be removed before we start installing our waterproofing products.
EZ Flow
Ez Flow is installed on the crawl space floor to funnel the water from the ground to the sump pump. It will then be pumped out of the crawl space through the drainage lines away from the structure.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is a dimpled plastic sheet material that promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

IceGuard® system
Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your basement!
