Crawl Space Before Project Begins
This crawl space has obvious signs if moisture damage. Falling insulation, standing water, muddy floors are all signs that need to be addressed before they cause significant damage to the structure.
Old Crawl Space Door
Old crawl space doors can lead to many problems for your home. Along with being an eyesore, they also allow pests such as termites, ants, and mice into your home. And because they're not airtight, they allow humidity into your basement during the summer, which leads to mold and rot. In the winter, cold winter air will enter, cooling your furnace, water heater, air ducts, hot water pipes, and other utilities.
Debris Removal
Before any products can be installed, all the debris has to be removed so we can start with a clean crawl space.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is a dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
Air Leaks Sealed
Spray foam insulation is used to seal any air leaks and help provide extra insulation up to the floor joists since all the old insulation has been removed because it was filled with water.

A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System (shown here), combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, represents the ultimate in crawl space waterproofing and humidity control.
The SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

Our EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors are created with ½" thick solid plastic, and they will never rust, rot, or need paint. Sturdy knobs allow for easy access and ensure a tight seal for many years to come.
IceGuard® Discharge Line and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
