Moisture Readings
Taking moisture readings inside the crawl space. This high level measured here is a perfect breeding ground for mold to grow which can rot the wooden floor joists.
Inspection of Crawl Space
During the crawl space inspection, clear indications of moisture damage are visible. You can clearly see the water line on the bottom of the concrete block walls.
Moisture and Mold
Moisture and mold issues are both visible in this photo of the crawl space before the project begins. With the inspection and moisture reading we are able to sit down with the customer to come up with the best products to address their needs and fix tis crawl space.
Trench Dug
A trench is dug around the perimeter of the crawl space where we will place the EZ Flow tubing. This will be mostly buried to absorb water flowing from the concrete block and from the ground.
EZ Flow Insallation
The EZ Flow is put into the trench and surrounded by clean gravel. It leads to the lowest part of the crawl space where the sump pump will be installed. The sump pump will take that water and push it out through drainage lines and out of the structure.
EZ Flow Installation Complete
The EZ Flow is fully installed and ready to connect to the sump pump.
Sump Pump Installation
The sump pump is being installed. The container is put in place first before the mechanical parts are installed inside.
