Old Vapor Barrier
Old crawl space barrier that will be removed to install the new CleanSpace liner.
EZ Flow and TripleSafe
Now that the old vapor barrier has been removed the floor is cleaned of any debris and the EZ Flow tubing is installed. This tubing leads into the newly installed TribleSafe sump pump.
CleanSpace® Liner
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.
CleanSpace® Wall System
Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!
TripleSafe Installed
A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System (shown here), combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, represents the ultimate in crawl space waterproofing and humidity control.
The SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
IceGuard
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe.
IceGuard and LawnScape System Installed
The LawnScape and IceGuard are fully installed. Everything is buried, and flush with the ground and the landscaping is put back in order, making it very inconspicuous.
LawnScape System
LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
