This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space and sinking floors. We installed crawl space jacks to stabilize the sinking and lift the structure back up. Once that was complete we addressed the moisture issues. We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We used RimTite Joist Insulation Spray Foam where the wet insulation was removed.

EZ Flo features a filter fabric with holes on the top and front to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawl space. The pipe also collects water seepage from the crawl space walls and the footing/wall joint.
