This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier concerned about a musty smell in one area of their crawl space. During the inspection, we noticed water intrusion issues, water was seeping through the concrete block wall quite rapidly. To mitigate the issue we installed a TripleSafe sump pump in the area where the issue was and drainage lines to pump the water out. To make sure the water was pushed out away from the structure we installed an IceGuard and LawnScape system. These products will work together to keep the crawl space dry.

IceGuard

IceGuard offers an escape route. Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe.

LawnScape

LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
