Crawl Space During Inspection
Debris and moisture issues were present in this crawl space during the inspection.

Sealing Crawl Space Vents
Sealing crawl space vents and installing drainage matting on the floors of the crawl space.

EZ Flow
EZ Flo Crawl Space Drainage System is installed to prevent flooding in this dirt crawl space. EZ Flo features a filter fabric with holes on the top and front to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawl space. The pipe also collects water seepage from the crawl space walls and the footing/wall joint.

Piers Wrapped
Piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.

Drainage Matting
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

Spray Foam Insulation
We used spray foam insulation for air leaks around the crawl space entrance. Sealing your crawl space air leaks stops the cycle of cold, humidity, and moisture entering from the outside air.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

Installation of CleanSpace Complete
The EZ Flow, Drainage matting, and CleanSpace has been fully installed in this crawl space.

The SaniDry Sedona
Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
