Failing Crawl Space Supports
As these supports begin to give way, the floors above can sag and interior walls may crack, resulting in expensive problems in your home.

Checking Levels
Once the crawl space supports start to sink, the floors above start to slope. Once the floors are sloping it causes the door frames to slant as well as cause sticking doors and windows.

Laser Level Measuring
To make sure it is the floor is sloping we use lasers to measure all around the first floor. This also lets us know where the issues are in the crawl space.

Moisture damage
A crawl space that doesn't have proper air flow will have problems with moisture, mold, and wood rot.

Drainage Matting Installed
This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

The SmartJack System
The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.

Stronger Crawl Space Support
Our crawl space support system can support vertical loads exceeding 60,000 pounds, which is far stronger than conventional concrete repairs. It also offers versatile installation. The SmartJack 's portable size allows it to be installed in even the tightest of crawl spaces.

Encapsulate & Insulate
To stop moisture from passing through your floors and porous concrete walls, a crawl space liner should be installed. A durable liner will allow for servicemen to use the space without damage while transforming your crawl space into usable storage space. This is also the best time to install crawl space insulation on your walls or floors.

CleanSpace Liner
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

The SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona offers giant performance in a small package. It's the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier, without a bulky heat exchange core. The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
