Crawl Space Entrance
This crawl space door is not secure or efficient. A piece of plywood is insufficient to keep air, moisture, bugs, or pests out of the area.

Humidity Reading
The high humidity level in the crawl space and too much moisture present a perfect breeding ground for wood rot and mold, which will lead to structural failure if not addressed.

Wood Moisture
Checking the moisture that the wooden floor joists have absorbed. You can already start to see signs of damage by the cracking in the wood and some mold starting to grow in the insulation.

Debris
Moisture, mold and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed.

Water Damage
Water Damage is clearly visible in this crawl space. The walls are cracking and bowing, there are visible water lines on the concrete block as well as the floor where it is seeping out of the wall and coming up from the ground.

EZ-Flow
The EZ-Flow is being placed. EZ-Flow Crawl Space Drainage System is installed to prevent flooding in this dirt crawl space. EZ-Flow features a filter fabric with holes on the top and front to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawl space. The pipe also collects water seepage from the crawl space walls and the footing/wall joint.

EZ-Flow Installation Complete
Once the EZ-Flow is put in place, it is covered with clean gravel. This whole system leads to the sump pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

New Crawl Space Door
Our EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors are created with ½" thick solid plastic, and they will never rust, rot, or need paint. Sturdy knobs allow for easy access and ensure a tight seal for many years to come.

IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
