This customer in Hanson, KY called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space and a sagging crawl space floor. After stabilizing the crawl space with our SmartJack system, we started on the moisture issues. We completed a complete crawl space encapsulation. This started with cleaning out all the debris, installing drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and sealing the crawl space vents with SilverGlo panels and some other open areas with more SilverGlo panels for extra insulation. We finished this project by installing an IceGuard and LawnScape drainage system and a new secure crawl space door.

EZ Flow

EZ Flow Crawl Space Drainage System is installed to prevent flooding in this dirt crawl space. EZ Flow features a filter fabric with holes on the top and front to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawl space. The pipe also collects water seepage from the crawl space walls and the footing/wall joint.

This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.
