Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Clarksville, TN

This customer in Clarksville, TN, called us for moisture issues in his crawl space. We decided to do a complete crawl space encapsulation. This project includes removing all the old moisture-damaged debris, adding drainage matting to the floors, covering the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, and adding a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and IceGuard drainage lines. We finished the project by connecting a LawnScape system that will carry all the water captured out to the yard away from the structure to protect the foundation and a new EverLast crawl space door. Now, this customer had a clean, dry, and healthy crawl space.

Moisture Damage

Moister lines are visible on this concrete block wall. This means water is seeping out of the walls and causing damage to this crawl space. It can cause structural damage like sinking crawl space supports if not addressed.

EZ Flow

EZ Flow Crawl Space Drainage System is installed to prevent flooding in this dirt crawl space. EZ Flow features a filter fabric with holes on the top and front to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawl space. The pipe also collects water seepage from the crawl space walls and the footing/wall joint.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting is installed over crawl space floors. This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
