This customer in Clarksville, TN called us for moisture issues in his crawl space. We decided to do a complete crawl space encapsulation. This project includes removing all the old moisture-damaged debris, adding drainage matting to the floors, covering the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, and adding a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, SilverGlo panels to cover the crawl space vents, and IceGuard drainage lines. We finished the project by connecting a LawnScape system that will carry all the water captured out to the yard away from the structure to protect the foundation and a new Turtl crawl space access well.

Moisture Issues

Moisture issues in this crawl space have allowed mold to start to grow on the wooden floor joists. This will eventually lead to wood rot and failing crawl space floors.

IceGuard and LawnScape

Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
