This customer in White House, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. We cleaned out all the debris and dug trenches to install our EZ Flow system. EZ Flow Crawl Space Drainage System is installed to prevent flooding in the dirt of the crawl space. EZ Flow features a filter fabric with holes on the top and front to accept water from the soil and surface of your crawl space. The pipe also collects water seepage from the crawl space walls and the footing/wall joint. We also covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a TripleSafe sump pump, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We finished this project with a new EverLast crawl space door.

Moisture Readings

EZ Flow

To install the EZ Flow a trench along the inside perimeter of the foundation wall is excavated and slopes evenly towards the excavated area where the sump pump.

Vents Sealed

The vents are sealed with SilverGlo panels and sprayfoam insulation to stop any air leaks.
