This customer in Big Rock, TN called Frontier concerned about a sinking crawl space floor. To mitigate the moisture issue causing the floor sagging we installed our SmartJack System to stabilize and lift the structure back up. Once that was complete we addressed the moisture issues by cleaning out all the debris, installing Drainage matting, covering the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe sump pump. We finished this project with a new secure EverLast crawl space door.

Foundation Failure
