The Site is Prepared
First soil is removed from the area where the pier will be driven.
Brackets Installed
A heavy duty steel bracket is installed below and against the foundation footing.
Problem Solved Once and For All!
Steel pier sections are then hydraulically driven through the bracket to bedrock or a stable soil layer. This means that the weight of the home is transferred through the piers and a lift can be attempted to bring the home back to its original position.
