
Unstable and Dangerous
The pressure from the soil on this retaining wall was starting to cause the wall to fail, many large cracks had formed. This stair step cracking is a common sign that the problem is getting worse.

Installation underway
Small holes are dug a few feet away from the wall.

Wall Anchor System
You can see that the earth anchor has been attached to a steel rod which has been drilled through from the other side.

Safe and Stable
A total of eight 12"x28" Geo-Lock wall anchors have been installed to support the retaining wall, complete with Hide-A-Way anchor covers to conceal the plates.
