Hidden Nasties!
After the front exterior bricks were removed you can see the extensive damage that has occurred to Mudsill and Rimjoist.

Repair from the ground up
A new concrete footer has now been poured ready for a new foundation wall and Mudsill.

Proper Support
Once the foundation wall is in, the new Rimjoist is installed.

Permanent Solutions
The mudsill or sill plate is the first piece of framing lumber in construction. Because concrete wicks moisture from the ground we protect it with a waterproof membrane.
