Moisture = Mold
You can see from the picture that the wood is retaining moisture which has left it rotten and damaged.
Support Sister
Due to over 12 linear feet of rotted rim joist that had to be cut out, the cut joists have been stabilized with a sister joist.
Floor Support
These sisters have also been installed under the partition walls that sit parallel with a floor joist to add increased stability to the floor structure.
Smart Jacks
SmartJacks are steel support posts which have been dipped in molten zinc to prevent rust and corrosion. They sit on an engineered footing of 2' by 2' to spread the load on the soil.
