Above Doors
Cracks in the brick at the corners of a door frame are a likely sign of foundation shifting.
Below Windows
These stair step cracks traveling from the window box towards the ground are also caused by foundation movement.
Above the Window
Horizontal crack above this same window indicate the home is being twisted as the foundation falls.
Cracks in the slab
The concrete slab of the garage also shows cracks as it sinks with the foundation.
Hydraulic Push Piers
Piers are hydraulically pushed to load bearing strata.
Keeping it Tidy
Plastic is used to hold the dirt during the install. Once complete the dirt is back-filled to fill the holes. These helps disrupt the grass or ground as little as possible. Our Foreman and crew members are very considerate of keeping the area clean during and after installation.
Holes Filled
Push piers are set securely under the foundation footer and the holes are back-filled.
Lower window
The cracks visible in the bricks are much tighter now.
Above the Windows
Cracks above window are much better now that the weight of the house is not pulling.
Below the Window
The stair step crack looks much better now that the push piers have lifted the foundation is back in place.
