This homeowner was having some major issues with his front porch. The front porch had started sinking causing it to pull away from the home, and causing deep cracks in the masonry work. Well maybe the porch itself wasn't the problem, but the soil not being able to support the weight of the porch was the problem. So we were able to go out and give this homeowner a forever solution to their soil (porch) problem. Helical Piers, Helical Piers are installed by sending sections into the soil, once proper depths and capacities are achieved, heavy-duty foundation brackets are positioned below the footing. the weight of the structure is then transferred to through the helical piers to deep, competent soils. lifting the structure back towards its original position.
