Cracks in the walls.
This is a picture of the cracks in the walls. The homeowners did not like how this looked and were concerned if left untreated could lead to further problems for their home.
Cracks in foundation.
This is an example of block foundation and you can actually see a crack in the foundation. Many homeowners do not go into their crawl space often and when they saw this their concerns increased.
Smart Jacks
A series of Smart Jacks were installed into their crawl space. These Smart Jacks are designed to provide support and return the floors back to their original position.
