Needs Encapsulation
All crawl space's with soil grounds need to be encapsulated, because moisture from the ground will absorb into the air and into your wood beams holding up you and your home!
Moldy Beams
It's easy, wood + mold = future foundation problems. Plus, you don't want grow molding in any part of your crawl space, because 50% of the air you breathe upstairs comes downstairs!
Liners
Liners that lay on top of your soil crawl space ground are not helping AT ALL. It's best to get rid of the liner completely, because its a great place for water to pile up on.. which creates standing water. Standing water means MOLD!
