This customer in Springfield, TN had a foundation settlement issue with their front porch and steps. To mitigate this we needed to Lift and Level Seal Joints Repair Cracks Permanently Stabilize Foundation Permanently Support Slab.    To do this we installed PolyLEVEL to even the concrete, cleaned up and prepared cracks as needed, and applied NexusPro joint sealant to seal the bricks. To permanently stabilize the foundation we installed 3" Helical Pier, low profile bracket around the area.
