This customer in Murray, KY had multiple issues. There was concrete sinking and cracking in the garage, walkway, and the stairs to the front porch. There were also foundation settlement issues on the other side of the home. For the cracking in the garage, and the sidewalk sinking we installed  PolyLEVEL to lift and stabilize the garage flooring as well as the walkway, then added NexusPro joint sealant around the perimeter of the garage and the walkway to the front porch to seal any cracked areas. On the other side of the home where there was a foundation settlement, we installed Helical Piers to lift and stabilize the foundation and StableBrick BowTie wall Stabilization to fix the bowing walls for a permanent solution.
