Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Settlement Repair in Hendersonville, TN

This customer in Hendersonville, TN had foundational issues causing cracking on their exterior walls, sidewalk, and driveway. We came in, cleaned up and prepared cracks as needed and applied NexusPro joint sealant. For the wall we installed PowerBraces using a 10 ft brace and installed the PowerBrace Top Lever Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to joists parallel to wall) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket. We used PolyLEVEL 2 on areas to lift and to seal joints we used NexusPro Joint Sealant and NexusPro Crack Repair. To permanently stabilize walls PowerBrace, 9', Top Lever Bracket 5 Lift and Level was used.
