The settling foundation created structural instability that was seen in the home's sagging doorways and cracked concrete. We installed 9 push piers to lift and support the structure of the home. To install the piers our team dug into the unstable soil to reach the footing of the home's foundation. We then installed steel piers down below the home, into the previously untouched and stable soil. These piers rest under the foundation's footing and use hydraulic pressure to lift and stabilize the home. After the piers are installed, our team then replaced the soil or concrete surrounding the home to return the home to it's original condition. The piers will offer permanent support to the home's foundation. The home owner is happy with the quality of work that was completed.
