A home in Clarksville, TN, was exhibiting clear symptoms of foundation issues, including exterior cracks and bouncing floors. Upon inspection, our expert found damaged and moisture-laden wood in the crawl space, necessitating an encapsulation. To support the foundation, we installed steel beams, which help stabilize the structure and are resistant to rot and mold.
