This home in Lynnville Kentucky had a lot of moisture in their crawl space. It was decided that a full encapsulation was the right solution for this home. A full encapsulation includes clearing and cleaning of the crawl space and laying down drainage matting.  Drainage matting is dimpled and allows water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier.

You can see the growth in the photo slowly creeping up the walls. This normally happens when there are high levels of water and moisture in the basement. Over time and with constant exposure it is easy for mold to grow. Mold only needs two things to grow, a little bit of moisture and some warmth. A basement is the perfect environment for this. Install CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system in area shown on drawing. Install CleanSpace Delta Drainage Matting under CleanSpace liner. Install a Large EverLast Crawl Space Door (4' X 5'). The customer has a dry and safe crawl space.

This customer in Mayfield, KY was concerned with flooding in his basement and all the destruction that comes with it. We came out to install a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system.
