David Price and his wife had always known that their crawl space was not the healthiest, but they did not know how big of an issue it was until interior wall cracks in their living area appeared. Our inspector found a heap of issues. Encapsulating the crawl space with our 20mil polyethylene vapor barrier was a must to reduce moisture in the space. Our crew also installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump to make sure that moisture went OUT of the home, and also the SaniDry Dehumidifier to keep RH levels below 55% to help stop mold and mold spores from thriving. 
Our crew installed our SmartJack system to lift and stabilize the uneven floors. The Price family will never have to worry about these beams rotting away because they are made of galvanized steel!

 This homeowner was having issues with water getting into their crawl space. Causing more problems with mold and mildew. When they decided it was time to have a permanent fix.  For this our guys will be using and installing a 20-mil thick polyester cord reinforced clean space liner, (similar to a pool liner). It can be fitted in your crawl space to completely seal off your home from the Earth.  Smart Pipe, Smart Pipe’s custom design has holes on top and front under a filter fabric, to accept water from the soil and the surface of your crawl space. This will collect the water from the perimeter of your crawl space and drain into a sump pump. Super Sump Pump, combined with a Dehumidifier. This will keep the water and moisture out.

This homeowner in Olmstead Kentucky was having issues with their front porch.  There was a lot of settlement and it was causing their front porch to pull away from the home, which then was causing the brick work in the front of their home to sag.  Frontier went and injected poly level and evened things out for the homeowner.  Great results and a happy customer!
