This is the outlet back in 2015 when the system was installed, where the discharge water is directed away from the home.
Undercover!
During the service appointment the customer explained that there seemed to be a problem with the sump discharge lines not working properly - this is due to the outlet now being covered by inches of soil, restricting the water flow.
