Oops! Water gets in
When this home owner noticed there was water getting into the crawl space they wasted no time in giving us a call and we sent a Service Technician out right away to see what was going on.
Service Performed
Our Service Tech immediately got to work, checking the liner itself for any damages, checked the vents for any leaks, checked the plumbing and also the access door for any water getting in, with no issues found.
The Culprit
Through process of elimination it was found that it was simply the Hvac had some areas which needed additional sealant to prevent the water from pooling on the liner.
