EverLast Door
The crawl space was sealed off by our EverLast crawl space door, which is made of inorganic materials that won't rot or deteriorate.
Standing Water
Standing water was found throughout the crawl space.
Mold and Wood Rot
Due to the high moisture levels in this crawl space, mold and rot had begun to take hold of the wooden structures in the space.
EZ-Flow Trench
A trench is dug along the perimeter to allow for the installation of EZ-Flow tubing.
EZ-Flow Tubing
EZ-Flow tubing allows water to flow around the perimeter of the crawl space and into the sump pump.
Sump Pump System
Our sump pump system is placed in the lowest part of the crawl space and covered with fresh gravel.
Outside Drainage
The drainage line extends out into the yard, ensuring water is moved out and away from the home.
Covered Drain
After installing the drainage outside, it is covered with dirt and the drain is flush with the ground.
