Sump Pumps Photo Album: Sump Pump Installation in Gallatin, TN
This homeowner in Gallatin, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to install a sump pump system in their garage. Once on-site, our crew began installing the pump system. They started by excavating a pit for the sump pump in the lowest portion of the home's garage. Along the garage's perimeter, we dug out a small trench to fit our EZ-Flow drainage tubes. We filled the remaining space in the trench with fresh gravel. The crew then placed the sump pump's liner in the pit. Fresh gravel is poured into the pit to fill the remaining space. The pump and its parts are then placed in the liner and sealed off with an airtight lid. A drainage line was run from the pump out into the yard. Finally, the floor was restored, burying the drainage and smoothing over the floor. This home's garage is now protected against flooding.

Installed Sump Pump System
The sump pump system just needs to be plugged to make it operable.
Discharge with IceGuard
We use an IceGuard idischarge line to allow water to escape should the line freeze as well as to help prevent the garage from flooding in cold weather.
Drainage
Our crew ensures the drainage extends out into the yard and away from the home.
