This Kentucky crawl space needed our products! There was an excessive amount of moisture that grew mold and mildew. The homeowners were worried about it getting any worse and causing serious health problems.
That's when they were referred to us, Frontier Basement Systems. Our inspector came out and looked around their property and crawl space. He took a few photos for reference and tested moisture levels. He then sat down with the homeowners and went over our encapsulation process with them. They were thrilled to hear that we had a long-lasting solution to their problem.
Our encapsulation process consists of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which reduces moisture and humidity in the crawl space and the CleanSpace Drainage Matting, which is installed under the liner to help any trapped water get to its designated drain.
Along with the liner and matting, we suggest our powerful dehumidifier, the SaniDry Sedona, it keeps the relative humidity in the space below 55%, we also suggest the EverLast Door, it is made to seal out moisture and air and is maintenance-free!

This home in Crofton Kentucky noticed that they chimney was begging to tilt, concerned it would fall over they reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a permanent solution. Frontier sent out a design specialist to diagnose the concern and together with the homeowner they decided that push piers were the way to go. As you can see from the results the homeowners no longer need to be concerned!
When this Kentucky family moved into their home, they noticed a small crack on their front porch concrete slab. Over the years they noticed it getting worse and worse. The homeowner was worried it would become even more of an eyesore and tripping hazard,so he began calling companies to get it fixed professionally. The family decided that Frontier was the best fit for them and our crew immediately got to work.
They lifted the sinking porch with our non-invasive PolyLevel injection and sealed the crack with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Unlike most cheap sealants, NexusPro is urethane based and UV ray resistant, so you'll never have to worry about it cracking and bubbling in the hot sun.
The homeowners are happy with their choice of getting it fixed professionally, rather than waiting and the crack only becoming worse.
These homeowners were struggling with a lot of moisture in their crawl space and wanted to utilize this space for extra storage. Concerned they reached out to Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for a solution. A design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns and together it was decided that a full encapsulation of their crawl space was the right solution for their home. A full encapsulation starts with removing all the trash and leveling everything out. Next comes drainage matting which is a dimpled plastic that allows water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier which is next. The vapor barrier is CleanSpace and is 20 mils thick designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. As you can see from the photos, the results are amazing.
