The product we use for sealing cracks is the NexusPro Sealant.

This concrete sidewalk had shifted quite a bit back and forth. In this photo, you can see that it had moved away from the steps, causing an inch and a half gap. As the years went by water infiltrated it more and the shifting got worse and cracks even appeared down the driveway. These things tend to happen when concrete is not poured over prepared soil, and even from erosion or flooding. No matter what the cracking and shifting resulted from, these homeowners were ready to have it fixed. It not only caused an eyesore, but it also created a tripping hazard. Products Installed:

PolyLevel- This is done by boring small (penny-sized) holes in the slab and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural-grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored.

These homeowners in Hendersonville Tennessee were having water problems in their crawl space.  The homeowners would often go down into their crawl space when they were worried about tornados.  Noticing how much water was in this space as well as the smell they reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a solution.  A design specialist was sent out to their home to diagnose the concerns of the homeowners.  Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full encapsulation using CleanSpace was the right solution for this home.  Beautiful results and a clean crawl space!

The homeowners had a problem with excessive moisture in their crawl space. This problem was causing their wood beams to weaken and mold to grow. They had first noticed a mildew aroma in their living quarters and decided to check out their crawl space a little closer. They decided the best people to do this inspection were experts!

Our inspector came out to their home to meet them and talk about their issues. He went under their home and took a few photos and a moisture test. Their wood moisture content level was at 40%! It was a good thing that they called when they did, because any longer and they might've needed stabilizers to support their home's weight when the wood beams failed due to rot and decay. Our inspector addressed the moisture issue and recommended our encapsulation system to them as well as some supporting products to ensure they wouldn't have problems again! They liked everything he recommended and agreed to have them installed! 

He also told them about our nearly indestructible EverLast Crawl Space Doors. At the time they had just a plain wooden door. Unfortunately, this type of door allows insect and rodent pests to enter the crawl space, along with cold winter air that can make your floors frigid. Plus, they can easily mold, warp, and need re-painting. On the other hand, our EverLast door is made from ½-in.-thick PVC plastic. The air and water seal is certain, thanks to the heavy-duty weatherstripping that comes with each door. Once you tighten down the installation knobs, you can feel confident that the interior of your crawl space is protected and fully isolated from exterior critters and conditions.
