When this Tennessee family bought their home it had already had cracks in the walls and a sinking porch. They had noticed the porch was getting worse and was causing water to leak into their crawl space. They had tried to fix the problem themselves with the caulk joint, but it only cracked and withered away in the heat. They had been looking in a local home & garden magazine when they came across us. They called immediately and we had an inspector meet with them.
Our solution was to lift the porch to the correct height using PolyLevel injection and seal the cracks with NexusPro Sealant. NexusPro Sealant is different than regular caulk because it is polyurethane-based and UV ray resistant. So you won't have to worry about bubbling or cracking! It will stay looking fresh and clean!
Products Installed:
PolyLevel: an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface
NexusPro Joint Sealant: a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
There is no longer any large, unsightly crack and the family is happy that it looks great.
We love helping our community find lasting solutions to their problems with products they can trust!
We offer free estimates and inspections year-round, but don't wait too long because the damages never get better over time!

Sometimes soil is not properly preapred before heavy cement is laid on top and your home's value is damaged due to the sinking slab! And this Tennessee family was not happy about the eyesore that was their front porch. They only saw it getting worse and worse as the days went by, so they decided it was best if they fixed it now before it got any worse!
The homeowners googled concrete repair companies and found us! They took advantage of our free inspection and estimates, and booked an appointment with our friendly inspector, Nick!
He suggested our PolyLevel product to lift the porch steps. He also suggested NexusPro sealant to seal their cracks.
PolyLevel: expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.
NexusPro: a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.

The crack in the brick above the garage door bothered this Clarksville homeowner.
He was worried about the settlement getting worse and causing problems with the function of his garage door or any of the structures above the garage door.
The window in the bonus room above was giving him trouble, starting to stick.
Frontier was able to provide a permanent solution with StableBrick. By using pairs of long StableBrick bars bonded with grout installed in to cut slots, the bars form deep masonry beams with the existing masonry. These beams reinforce and stabilize the existing masonry while redistributing the structural loads.
