This Kentucky family was having issues with excessive water and moisture in their crawl space. Their soil ground was completely soaked in water making it hard for the family to store anything in their basement. The excessive moisture caused the wood beams to weaken and that in turn caused interior cracks in the living quarters from the un-level flooring.

The family has since taken back their space and no longer have to worry about their foundation failing on them!

This Kentucky home's porch went from bad to worse in time! Their steps settled and this caused a large crack in between the wall and steps, as well as a sunken porch, which created a huge tripping hazard. They called us up and we knew exactly what to do!
Our solution was to lift the porch to the correct height using PolyLevel injection and seal the cracks with NexusPro Sealant. Not only does it lift slabs, but it also strengthens and stabilizes loose soil.
Cracks and sinking slabs can happen for multiple reasons, such as erosion, flooding, or the soil just not being properly prepared for it.. either way, it won't go away by itself and causes a huge eyesore on a once beautiful home.
