The family has lived in this home for over 30 years. Over the past 3 years, they have noticed the porch step dropping.
The family does not plan on moving and was worried about the aesthetics but also wanted to protect the value of the home.
This Tennessee home's porch went from bad to worse in time! Their steps settled and this caused a very large, unsightly crack and it also caused the steps to pull away from the porch! They called us up and we knew exactly what to do!
Our solution was to lift the porch to the correct height using PolyLevel injection and seal the cracks with NexusPro Sealant. NexusPro Sealant is different than regular caulk because it is polyurethane-based and UV ray resistant. So you won't have to worry about bubbling or cracking! It will stay looking fresh and clean!
