We installed a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. This customer in Pleasant View, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed off all air leaks and vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also installed IceGuard and LawnScape System to drain all water out into the yard away from the home.
We installed Cleanspace to transform this customer's musty, dirt crawlspace into a nice, clean energy-efficient area!!
