To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now their basement is dry and clean.

This setup ensures water flows through the WaterGuard drainage system or the DryTrak monolithic floor drain and is directed into the sump pump. The pump then removes the water through a discharge line, which carries it safely away from the home. To install the discharge line, our team excavated a narrow trench outside the basement, placed the line inside, and covered it with soil, leaving only the drainage outlet visible.
