This homeowner in Clarksville Tennessee had a large unsightly crack in the stairs leading up to their doors and it was starting to become a tripping hazard. This is when they reached out to Frontier for a permanent solution. Frontier injected poly level and smoothed everything out. The results are wonderful!
This Tennessee basement had major moisture issues! Space would constantly flood and the homeowner hated how he could NEVER store anything in his own basement. He decided to call the experts to finally solve his problem!
After our inspector inspected his basement and went over different sump pump/drain options, they decided a mixture of two pumps was perfect!
At Basement Systems, we are not manufacturers of sump pumps. This frees us to research the best pumps in the industry and use them.
With more than two decades in the business, we've found that cast-iron Zoeller Sump Pumps are the highest quality systems on the market. They're powerful, long-lasting, and factory tested -- which is just a few reasons they're our brand of choice!
Our crew installed the TripleSafe Single (M53 pump) to ensure the water would be transported out of the basement and the UltraSump III Battery Backup Pump System was also installed.
Advantages of the UltraSump:
The homeowner now has a dry basement that can actually be used for storage!

This homeowner had a bad flooding problem in his basement. Due to the excessive moisture, mold was growing and this made him worry about the future health of his home. He decided he was done with having a useless and wet basement...it was time to call us, Frontier Basement Systems!
Our inspector came to meet him at his home, he inspected the space, and then came up with a plan with the homeowner.
Along with a few other products, they agreed upon installing the CleanSpace Wall System and a WaterGuard System.
The WaterGuard System works to capture groundwater before it leaks onto the basement floor. Basement Systems' WaterGuard was designed to solve the issues not addressed in alternative methods of waterproofing and to protect the basement against all possible leaks. The drain lines are large enough to handle heavy water flow during wet weather. The drain lines also are designed to resist clogging that can cause backups.
As for the CleanSpace Wall System, it not only works with the WaterGuard System to collect wall seepage, but it also used to hide the ugly water-stained walls that are quite an eyesore!
Now that the homeowner has a waterproofed basement, he has one less thing to stress about!

This Tennessee homeowner had noticed cracks appearing on his pool deck a few years ago. As the years passed, he noticed it getting worse and worse and creating a BIG eyesore and tripping hazard. He realized it was about time to get his problems fixed before anyone got hurt! He took advantage of our free estimates and inspections deal and called right away.
Our inspector came to her home and investigated the cracks and sinking steps. He knew exactly what needed to be done and told the homeowner all about our products that would give him a lasting solution!
The product we use for sealing cracks is the NexusPro Sealant.
NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
The product we use for lifting sunken slabs/porches/steps/etc. is the PolyLevel injector foam.
Not only does it lift slabs, but it also strengthens and stabilizes loose soil.
Cracks and sinking slabs can happen for multiple reasons, such as erosion, flooding, or the soil just not being properly prepared for it.. either way, it won't go away by itself and causes a huge eyesore on a once beautiful home.
This homeowner is very happy with our solution and is glad to not have to worry about his problems worsening.
