Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A home in Clarksville, TN, was plagued by significant moisture issues. The relative humidity in the crawl space was alarmingly high at 68%, worsening the moisture problems. Our inspection revealed puddles of moisture and uneven floors, symptoms of severe water intrusion and foundational instability. The presence of damaged wood and mold spores highlighted the urgency of the situation, necessitating immediate and comprehensive intervention. We installed a 20-mil thick CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over drainage matting to seal the crawl space completely from the ground, significantly reducing moisture and humidity levels. These comprehensive measures not only eradicated the moisture issues but also restored the structural integrity of the home, creating a healthier living environment for the residents.

This customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We installed an EZ Flo, Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed off all air leaks and vents with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation and added a Triple Safe sump pump. We finished the project with a new EverLast crawl space door. 

This cracked foundation was stabilized using Foundation Supportworks Push Piers.  This customer now has a 25 year warranty that their home will no longer settle in the areas we've repaired.
