This crawl space had a high moisture content, and the homeowners were concerned it could negatively affect the rest of their home.  Concerned they contacted Frontier Basement Systems and a design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns.  Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full encapsulation of their crawl space with CleanSpace was the right solution for their home.  CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.

Sometimes soil is not properly preapred before heavy cement is laid on top and your home's value is damaged due to the sinking slab! And this Tennessee family was not happy about the eyesore that was their front porch. They only saw it getting worse and worse as the days went by, so they decided it was best if they fixed it now before it got any worse!

The crack in the brick above the garage door bothered this Clarksville homeowner.

Frontier was able to provide a permanent solution with StableBrick. By using pairs of long StableBrick bars bonded with grout installed in to cut slots, the bars form deep masonry beams with the existing masonry. These beams reinforce and stabilize the existing masonry while redistributing the structural loads.

This Clarksville home had to be re-selling ready, so the homeowners wanted to fix every eyesore and problem wrong with the home! We first had to lift the sunken concrete slabs, so they were all level with each other. They injected PolyLevel foam by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab.

Our crew then sealed all of the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
