This customer's foundation was settling and caused cracking on the inside of her home. We used Push Piers to stabilize and lift the foundation and repair the cracks!
Our CleanSpace liner is 20 mil thick and is installed over drainage matting to increase durability and allow for the flow of water to the sump pump system. The CleanSpace wall liner is 12 mil thick and is designed to fully encapsulate brick walls and columns within the crawl space.
This particular home in Nashville, TN had many different surfaces and areas that needed our expert products to ensure a fully functioning water management system.
CleanSpace liner was used to encapsulate the bare earth and sealed to the brick wall sections, with a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to permanently prevent water seepage. Both of which will direct water to a TripleSafe Single pump to remove any collected water out of the house through a discharge line and away from the property.
This Nashville home had a homemade system in the basement, however, it was not able to solve the family's water issues.
Replacing the sump pump in a bucket with a true sump pump system was a significant improvement for the water management of this basement.
