A North Nashville home owner was worried about his leaky crawlspace. He knew the moisture was a problem and was worried about it damaging any of his equipment. Keeping the crawl space completely dry all the time was important to this home owner.
The family has been in the home for 3 weeks but purchased the home knowing the floors needed additional support. Fixing correctly, permanently was the priority but the warranty was also important. They now have a safe and solid structure to plan their future.
This homeowner was concerned about how bad their front steps were sinking. Decided to give us a call, we were able to set up an appointment with one of our design specialists. Together they came up with a game plan on what the homeowner wanted to be done, And how best to achieve those goals. So with the polylevel system, they were able to lift the concrete and steps, fill in the cracks and seal it.
Home owner was having issues with ponding water in his crawl space even tho he has a sump pump all ready installed. He informed us that it was not one of our pumps. He wasn't sure who had installed it, and wanted to know if we could come out to have a look at it. It was foretasted to have a lot of rain coming and didn't want to have his crawl space flooded. When we got there we found that the pump was not working. told him he would need a new one. He informed us that they lose power often. So we told him about our Trip;e Save Sum Pump with a battery back-up for cases just like that.
This 1972 Nashville home's porch recently had some settlement issues that resulted in a tripping hazard. Their concrete porch had sunk a little and become uneven and cracks began to appear recently. The homeowners have had recent slips, because of these issues and were worried a fall might land someone in the hospital. When they saw our ad in Clipper Magazine they knew it was a sign and called us immediately to book a free inspection.
Our trained inspector came out and surveyed their property. He noted all of the cracks and sinking porch.. he knew exactly what to do.
Our crew came in and installed helical piers under the porch slab to lift it back to its original position and used NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks in their sidewalk. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry!
The homeowners now have a safe, level porch that they no longer have to worry about! We're so glad to be able to help our community out with lasting solutions! Call today for your free estimate AND inspection!
