Rather than recommending the costly and invasive process of replacing the front steps altogether, we suggested the installation of helical piers to lift the sinking steps. Customer noticed additional water in basement, it was determined the sump pump that was currently in place was not strong enough, customer and sales representative decided that adding an additional sump pump would be adequate for the needs of the customer and ensure the basement stayed dry and comfortable for the customer.
