Fernando did a great job with our install. He was very polite, was watching out for our best interest by bringing my attention to a couple leaks we had. He patiently explained everything and answered my questions completely. He and Jose were both excellent representatives for Frontier Basement Systems. If there is a bonus program, Fernando deserves that recognition for his professionalism. Both men were very positive and upbeat.
You promptly answered my request for information and scheduled your salesman in a reasonable period of time. We would also like to speak to you about a possible repair to a very large picture window that has a rotting frame. Your salesman said you may be sold to help with that as well.
