It took much too long to get the installation after our order. We ordered in December and couldn't get installed until March. Other than that, the support and follow up have been great.
Carlos did a great job! He and his crew were at my home until after 8PM to finish up so we didn't have to have them come back the next day. Hard workers!
Everything was cleaned up very well. If you can come up with some solution to get rid of the dust on the cement floor after jack hammering, that would be great. We have swept it up but the dust keeps coming back so it looks like it will be a long process.
