It took a little long due to computer problem but I was glad he took the time to get it right and also to verify with crew what could be accomplished before I committed to work.
Eric Furman explained everything he was doing and what he expected to happen. Constantly checked to see if I was pleased as he proceeded. He answered all my questions and I enjoyed watching him perform the work.
Eric handled everything to be sure area was neat and clean.
Price was better and Sales person checked with crew to be sure he was not overstating what could be accomplished. I was hoping for a little more lift in some areas but understand why it could not be accomplished.
