paid what i expected for work I wanted. No one sold me a service I did not want or need. Work was completed as expected. Hope the future energy bills are affected as planned. House is quieter and tighter. Looking forward to some real heat or cold to see the results.

tried hard to be thorough, friendly, but underestimated a few things
good idea to keep in touch daily
just missed a few things in estimate, but offered much more in solutions
could not ask for a more courteous and conscientious crew.
the dust will be settling for days. just a part of the process, not the fault of crew.
